We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website for the purposes of analytics only. This data is used measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. If you provide any identifiable information (including name, email). This data will be moved onto your client record if you decided to have therapy and will be removed from all other sources. If you provide public comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile then that data will be available publicly but can be removed at any time if you so wish. ** New Legislation on Data (Use and Access) **

If you are not aware, the Data Use and Access Act 2025 (DUAA) is a new law that updates how personal data is handled in the UK. It doesn't replace existing laws like the UK GDPR or the Data Protection Act 2018 - it simply updates and adds to them. 

You, as the client, have a formal right to complain, if you believe your personal information have not been handled correctly.

If this is so, you can do the following:​

• Email The Foster Practice via info@thefosterpractice.co.uk in order to share your concerns and provide detail or request information. 

• The Foster Practice will acknowledge any complaint within 30 days

• The Foster Practice will then investigate the complaint, keeping you as the client updated as soon as reasonably possible as to the outcome.
