It's so important for you to feel comfortable and safe in supervision. This means you can more effectively explore challenging situations in order to progress your casework and your ongoing development process.

Seeing a supervisor can be daunting. By coming for a short consultation, you can meet me and we can explore what you need without having to commit. You then take the time to decide what your next steps are.

I have over 20 years of experience working in the personal development and growth of others. Originally in the business environment and now through talking therapy and as a business coach. I work with a strong set of values based around trust, honesty and confidentiality. This ethos is true whether I am working with a therapeutic client or with you as a supervisee.

My core training is in Integrative Humanistic approaches. I also work with other approaches including, but not limited to Transactional Analysis and CBT. I have specialisms of working with survivors experiencing trauma response and the chronic issues that often accompany adverse experiences. I have also trained in and work with clients before, during and after their fertility journey.

Over the years I have developed and delivered stress management workshops, education and 1-1 support for employees and managers including coaching and mentoring. I continue to provide support for clients wishing to develop their professional skills or perhaps explore new directions for their career. This is often, although not always, intertwined with supervision work.
