The Foster Practice
Business Coaching
It can be frustrating to find that life issues are impacting our performance at work or vice versa. Coaching can provide practical assistance for either home or workplace issues. Additionally, it can integrate the benefits of counselling work with the practicality of coaching.
Coaching is more goal-oriented, focussed on addressing change that can be implemented over a shorter time frame.
Often we can working through issues perhaps at work with a manager or colleague. However, there are times when this approach is not possible or you find you are not making the progress you were hoping to make. The coaching approach addresses challenges whilst building on personal skills development.
This may include areas such as independent thinking, problem solving, ownership, communication and resilience. Additionally, exploration of how issues impact areas such as relationship's, emotional responses, thoughts and behaviours allow for a more holistic approach to a problem we may meet.

I work with both individuals or with businesses. Given how unique each individual and business is, this bespoke approach can include one to one sessions, facilitated group discussions, training or combined needs.
An initial meeting can be booked at no charge to explore options.
