Face to Face or Hybrid (Online) Therapy
Modern life brings many challenges – each of us meets these in our own unique way. Occasionally, problems feel insurmountable or a strategy may not be working. We may experience sleep loss, irritability, mood changes such as anger or even feel unwell. ​Counselling and coaching are powerful ways to take control.

Please do have a look at some of the areas I cover. In particular, I have a background in working with different types of trauma. Trauma often involves experiences with depression, grief and relationship challenges. I also have experience working with clients who are going through the incredibly emotional and often difficult fertility journey.
I provide face to face, video and telephone sessions to all my clients. Since the pandemic it has become far more popular to work in a hybrid way. I'm happy to use what medium you would prefer.

Resilience
Since the pandemic, our resilience has been affected. We are finding that our mental health is compromised, but also that we are learning a great deal about ourselves.
